Windshield City

Mike, Shannon, and their team were fantastic to work with on my MR2 Spyder's hard top glass! The glass had spontaneously shattered, so I emailed Windshield City, and they agreed for me to just drop the hard top and glass off for repair. They were not able to source the glass because the car is somewhat old, but I brought them some new glass I ordered and they had it installed perfectly while I was out of town. Mike also went out of his way to prop the hardtop on some foam so that the weather seals didn't get damaged at all. If you have a convertible hardtop (or any car for that matter) in need of new glass, Windshield City is definitely the first place I would recommend going!

While traveling from Texas, I accidentally dismantled the rear-view mirror bracket on my Subaru Outback Wilderness while trying to hang a Lucid ornament we received with my sister’s new Lucid in Virginia. Not a great situation—especially on January 1st. I called Windshield City in Chantilly, VA, and Mike immediately asked us to swing by, despite it being a holiday. Within minutes of reaching his workshop, he diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly and professionally. No drama, no upselling—just pure expertise. Mike clearly knows his craft. If you need windshield repairs or mirror-related fixes, don’t waste time searching elsewhere—call him directly. On top of being highly skilled, he’s genuinely a great person to deal with. Really appreciated the help, Mike. It was a pleasure meeting you.

I had a rock chip on my front windshield couple months ago and my insurance was promoting big chain brands for me to go to. However, I found this gem through thorough searching. The specific windshield for my vehicle was backed up for couple months and windshield city was very good at giving me updates. I dropped the vehicle off and within couple of hours the windshield was all replaced. Super glad with the outcome and I highly recommend this shop!!

I just bought my car 3 months ago and my windshield was cracked from a rock that fell off the back of a dump truck. Mike had the best price and now I see why he’s five star rated everywhere. He’s a very likable guy, he does amazing work and I highly recommend Windshield City!!

I had a great experience with Windshield City. I emailed for a quote and was able to get my car in and repaired the next day. The price was reasonable and they repaired it while I waited.
