Windshield Express

Never again!!! I'd give 0 stars if I could. VERY poor communication and experience. My sunroof wouldn't close. The owner said give him a couple days for an estimate. After a few days, I called them everyday for 2 weeks, with no answer on problem or cost. Everyday the assistant said "he'll call you back later today". He never called back. Finally a month later I drove in to ask "what's the problem?". The owner said he couldn't close it, but to fix is $500. Now $500 is not the problem, but if he couldn't communicate the diagnosis in a month, how can I feel confident with him fixing it? All the parts were just hanging down from the ceiling, so I asked him to put it back and I'd come back later get the car. First come first serve. The shop opened at 9, but Linwoodwas there and ready for business at least 15 min before! Great service. I was in and out in a little over an hour! The waiting area inside was clean. Best prices in town I learned from calling multiple shops. Will definitely recommend! Thank you!!

I had service performed on my vehicle on 6/29/2018, at Windshield Express. I took the vehicle back on 7/10/2018, because I notice that my windshield wasn't repaired correctly. Upon arrival, the owner explained to me that because of the price he gave me, I should accept what was done. I expressed my displeasure cordially with the owner and he became very belligerent and elevated his voice using expletives. I immediately walked away and called the police. I contacted the owner again on 7/11/2018, requesting a refund in which refused. He became upset and began to verbally assault me and we disconnected. Great price, same day very efficient. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times.
