I can’t say enough great things about Windshields Direct. My appointment was set up promptly by Candis and her husband and son arrived on schedule to my home and promptly and efficiently replaced my windshield. Everyone in this family-owned business was professional, courteous, and were very patient with all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

They were great! The guys came to my house on a Saturday morning, and fixed my windshield in my driveway. They were quick and efficient. They even fixed a leak that I’ve been having and couldn’t find. I would use them again and I recommend them to anyone.

They will give u some crazy prices, for a windshield tha cost $350 for a semi labor included they quoted me $900, stay away!!!

Awesome family business I really enjoyed working with them. They even came to my house! When, the pinch sensor was not working correctly on my F350 the owner came back out a few days later to swap out the window, but since the window motor had cooled down, it accepted the reprogramming and the pinch sensor was corrected. He was ready to go above and beyond to fix any issues I had. Even replacing the window for free! Very rare in today’s current economy. Thank you Windshields Direct of Jacksonville Florida.
