Windsor Body Works

when I need some work done for my car, I searched online and "Windsor Body Works" came up. I have to say my experience there was great. First, people working there are very nice (Mekayla, Natalia, Tammy, Mohammed, Vanessa, just to name a few), they got the things done as expected. They even did something extra (putting license plate bracket on front of the vehicle) without charging me for it. From my own experience there, I would strongly recommend this place for any body work that needs to be done. I will certainly go back for my car regular services there Thanks! --Peng

My experience with them was excellent. The only drawback was that it took a while to get my car back, but my insurance was paying for the rental. This accounts for the 4 stars I gave them instead of 5. The work they did to repair my vehicle put my car back into perfect shape. I also noticed that they took care of small things they didn’t need to, like replacing two screws holding my licence plate with one, as it should be, and my brakes no longer make a strange sound. The detailing on the vehicle was impeccable. Their receptionists were helpful and courteous. I recommend them based on my experience.

My Caddy got a dent, didn't know where to go, Picked Bodyworks as someone told me Rico was there. Well, what a crew, fantabuous, they fixed my ding, cleaned my car, paint matched perfect. Friendly staff, excellent work ethic and kept me informed, loved how efficient and professional they were but most of all loved how good my car looks. I would highly recomend them. Repaired a dent in my door of my Grand Cherokee when someone backed into my car parked on street. Did not match the color well. When I complained they told me I would need to split the cost and they would try to "blend" the colour into my front fender and rear door. Did not advise this would be an issue that the paint would be impossible to match if just painting the door. I would have gone through insurance had I known this. Very obvious issue and very disappointed. Only went here because I thought affiliated with Chrysler, having access better access to correct paints.
