If I could give zero or negative stars I would but I was forced to give one to leave a review… Richard is a cheat and a scam artist. He sold me a lemon of a car and refuses to accept accountability for selling me a hunk of junk. I haven’t even had the car 2 months and it’s not drivable, anyone else who has had issues with this man please reach out because I’m filing a formal complaint with the MTO and any other agencies I find that I am able to report him to and I’ll be looking into a lawyer this week to speak to and to see what my other options are because now I’m left without a vehicle and he refuses to correct this. I have been dealing with Richard and Windsor Pre-Owned for the last decade. Truly a fantastic place to purchase used vehicles from. Richard has been incredibly honest, fair, and has gone above and beyond to stand by his product. Great place to find local pre-owned vehicles, and a stand up guy to deal with.

Bought a car from Richard beginning of September 2025 and he said it had no issues however he had a zip tie holding the air output hose together (how did it pass a safety) also had a clicking in it when you drove , and check engine is one (came on 2 days after buying the car). I reached out to Richard and he told me to bring it when he pulled up to the dealership where I was waiting for him, he said oh I was hoping this wouldn’t come back to me so he knew the zip tie was there. He was the one that put it there clearly and he was hoping that the car wouldn’t give me any issues until after my 30 day warranty so he fixed the problem with the hose so it’s no longer has a zip tie thumbs up however the check engine light is on, and the clicking had continued so his mechanic at pitstop was suppos
