I had a great experience at Windy City Car Wash! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure my car looked spotless inside and out. They worked quickly without cutting corners, and the attention to detail really stood out—my car hasn’t looked this clean in ages. The waiting area was comfortable, and the whole process felt easy and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Review of Exterior Wash The detail team did a good job cleaning the winter salt off my car. However the drying process needs more attention. There was some water drip from the mirrors and rear hatch. Luckily I carry drying towel so I cleaned it off myself. I also wish they had an undercarriage rinse option like the touchless car wash has. It’s $20 for exterior wash with tire dressing.

Straight Garbage cleaning job !!!!!!! My rims are still dirty ,the windows are streaks n blurry seriously how are you in business. Train your employees I’m a local too . My kids could’ve did a better job . I even left a nice tip .
