Wink's Body Shop

Wink’s was great. The staff gave progress updates regularly via text and the vehicle was done on time (one day early, in fact). The repair work was great and it looked like they even detailed the inside a bit. The front office staff was pleasant and thorough, reviewing all aspects of the service when the vehicle was returned.

Have been here for both my Mercedes 300D 1985 and my shitbox Dodge Journey 2014. Have had my master cylinder replaced on the Mercedes, and rear brakes and other things on the Dodge. Joe is great, attentive, and is willing to walk you through what’s going on with your car. Business is super organized and everyone is friendly. Close to Cornell, great for college kids. Go to Winks!

Someone hit the door of my 2026 Kona, and Progressive asked me to take the car to Wink’s Body Shop. They performed magic! The staff were kind and professional, and the technicians did an amazing job ensuring I got my car back in less than a week.

Overall, usually pleased with repairs. Have used a few times over the years. Had to bring my car back once after repairs cause they weren’t done properly. Find the front desk receptionist to be rude and unprofessional at times and could be friendlier and nicer to customers. Difficult when it is not necessary. Gives off a vibe of not liking their job. Had been told one thing by them on the phone and then a totally different story by another employee when there. Employees aren’t on the same page which is frustrating for the customer. They should be more upfront about when repair work can/will be done once estimate is done. Was told it would be over a month out cause there were so many other customers ahead but then ended up being only two weeks out. Was challenging to plan life around inc

Joe is an absolute hero and saved so much frustration. After a massively disappointing visit to Maguire Toyota, the prospect of getting the car serviced looked grim. Even though, like the dealership service center, no appointments were available for nearly a week, once Joe heard that the Check Engine light was 'flashing,' he grabbed a tool, ran a diag, and drove the car into the service bay noting the off-timing and misfires. Turns out mice had nested under the hood and chewed through some important ignition wire. A little de-nesting, a quick wire-fix, and a suggestion of peppermint oil infused cotton balls under the hood, and the car was road-ready in under an hour. Joe, you and your service team are all right!
