For Bob’s towing: I was told I could pick up my vehicle over the weekend—confirmed through Bob directly. What followed was two full days of back-and-forth messages, only to discover my vehicle was sitting at their overflow lot the entire time. Not once did Bob provide me—the vehicle owner—with the address of where my car actually was. I only had their primary location from Google. No proactive updates. No clear directions. Just wasted time and mounting frustration. This is what happens when someone confuses working in a business with running one. The problem isn’t towing capacity. It’s leadership, systems, and time management. Missed timelines, vague communication, and operational chaos are inevitable when one person tries to be dispatcher, operator, scheduler, and owner simultaneously.

Wrong parts put on my car, had to repair again in VA. I Had to leave and they knew it, so they put parts on that didn't fit, Per mazda, and didn't fix my heater core, or under carriage after hitting a coyote and running it over. Don't come here.

Had them fix a big dent on the truck door. They did a great job. We’d definitely use them again!
