Wolf Creek Car Wash

I had to take a fleet vehicle to be extensively detailed due to a former employee smoking in the car. There was also melted instant coffee grounds on the seats and floor boards (my doing unfortunately) because I thought the coffee would soak up the smoke smell. Boy was I wrong. The car smelled HORRIBLE and I was at a loss. I took it to Wolf Creek and they told me they would take care of it. Arellano did a FANTASTIC job! The car looks amazing! Still some odor but I knew that wouldn’t be 100% gone. He really did such an awesome job! Wolf Creek never disappoints with our fleet cars and that’s why we will continue to return to them. Very upset and disappointed! I have been a customer for years and didn’t know Wolf Pen Creek didn’t guarantee their service. The attendant didn’t care about the service he had provided until I gave him a tip then he was offering me free car fresheners. The manager with no name (wouldn’t give me his name over the phone, for some reason) didn’t care when I called him about my disappointment. This is not a clean car if I have to tell the attendant how to do their job. I know nothings perfect, but you didn’t clean off the visible bug guts and water that’s still running down the vehicle. Manager says there are no do overs once you leave. I will not enter that business again. Note to owner: your worker did not do his job and I am a long time customer. EVERY person, from beginning to end of the car wash service at Harvey Road location, is consistently cordial, efficient, thorough, & excellent at what they do. This is the only car wash service I ever use. Long-standing quality service, price-point, & availability. No wonder this business has been, & is, so successful!

These guys do a great job. Travis is a cool guy. Always positive and upbeat. Great young man. I am jealous cuz he has great hair and I am bald! Lol

Jeidy is an extremely welcoming and beautiful soul. I really appreciate her for being a great team player and displaying such strong gratitude for customers like myself.
