Working with Dave and Chris is great! They are always so kind, friendly, and helpful. I have never had any troubles. Prices are always extremely good, but even if they weren't, I would still come here for the excellent service! You wont find a better mechanic in the Green Bay area!

My daughter had a tire issue on Dec 23rd, late at night, that destroyed her tire. She needed to travel for Xmas on the 24th. Stopped in riding on a spare and explained our issue. Even though they were completed booked, and only working till noon, they squeezed us in and got us all taken care of. So my daughter was able to travel over Xmas as originally planned. Thanks for the great customer service!

There are several really good tire shops in town, but the customer service I experienced here sets Ray's apart from the rest. Not that the other places don't have good customer service, many do, but David at Ray's provided 'Raving Fans' level service. If you haven't read Raving Fans give it a read, it only takes a few hours, then you'll understand what I mean. I was treated like a highly-valued customer that has been doing business there for decades, but it was my first visit. This is now my #1 option in Green Bay for tire/repair services.

Consistently excellent service and reasonable prices. In a town full of tire shops, coming here is worth going out of your way.

Everyone really listens to the problem and get it right the first time. The best service!
