They are the most incompetent. They may sound nice when you first start with them, but after they don’t do any thorough follow ups. You have to ask them all the questions because they won’t know. It’s like talking to a stone wall. Courtesy and thoroughness doesn’t occur in their office, and if they help answer once they say it’s a courtesy. Good luck Woods, your incompetency will drag you to 1 stars.

Asked for a quote for a new auto was told a decent rate. Next morning my friend gets a call not me they will not give me insurance. He has been a customer for about 10 years! The girls on the phone didn't like his attitude . It has nothing to do with me or my driving. So talk to them very nice because they just might not give you insurance and take your friends off their policy. Oh and My friend never filed a claim in 10 years. Wanted to give them a new paying customer I was going to pay for the whole year. Not professional at all

Can't say enough about them. I am with Woods & Associates since almost 15 years and they always did their best to help and give reasonable rates on my personal/rental/auto policy. Office staff always responds and Communicates timely.

This Insurance Agency is by far the best I have dealt with. They are all professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. All of the girls are awesome and even the owners, Rick and Tony are always there, and they are very interactive. If you are second guessing your insurance needs, this agency will definitely help you to configure the best insurance needs for all!

Simply made a request for a quote and applied for auto ins.online. After 3 days waiting and 3 phone calls couldn't even get a call back. I took my valuable business elsewhere.
