I was driving my car from Portland to Eugene. My car had leaked out transmission fluid and the low fluid warning light came on. My car has a sealed transmission and unable to add fluid. I took Woodburn exit to Woodburn automotive. It was after hours so I left car and key and was inpicked up by my sister. The next morning I spoke with mechanic.om phone. I explained it was low on fluid and there must be a leak. Later mechanic called me to sell me a new battery for $420.00 do they could check transmission. I said we would be at shop tomorrow and refused battery .Although knowing I would be towing my car off their lot. When I got there and asked for my car they tried to charge me $. I had not oked any service to be done and they finally gave me my car and key. They lie and rip off customers..

My car was taken here via random selection after I hit a curb and tore my axle. Its started with rude communication on the phone after I was quoted 6k in work for a cracked control arm, a tore axle and a wheel barring. (Mind you this is not what’s even on the list I was provided by this shop those are the three things that a different shop fixed for 1.5k) after my rude phone call my dad tried to call as he’s been a mechanic for 30 years on the east coast (where I’m from) and asked why it would be so much blah blah blah and the guy he spoke with made remarks like “why don’t you fix it then” “i don’t know where you got you parts quote but that sounds delusional” basically insulting my father for trying to get more information on why it was so much. Good prices, great service! Charged me nearly $200 less than a competitor quoted me for my repair. Service was prompt, communicative, and done right, it's such a great thing to have found a good, reasonably priced mechanic that I feel I can trust!

I had battery problems. Not sure what was the problem. They worked me in and ran a test. They told me I needed a new alternator and could work me in the next day. I dropped off my car for repairs. A few hours later I got a call that my car was ready. They discovered it was not the alternator, just a short in the ground wire. I was thrilled to save tha money. All the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Rusty and Henry were helpful and gave great service. This place was recommended and I will continue to do business with them. Thank you for your great service and for all the great staff. 5 stars for sure.

June 17, 2025 my family drove from Sunriver back to Woodburn on our wedding anniversary. Upon our return to Woodburn we realized my 2008 Honda CRV would over heat when in idle but would cool down while driving. I immediately called Woodburn Automotive Center and explained the situation. He was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and was able to get my Honda CRV in the very same day. They confirmed the issue and got the parts ordered. My car was fixed and running the very next day. First time using Woodburn Automotive Center and they will be my go to automotive shop going forward. Very impressed and the bill wasn’t bad at all.
