Got the Exclusive $56... Left with dirt still on the inside of the car, only scent was from the cleaning (not as promised)... Lint everywhere

It’s been a while since I’ve been to a car wash where you stay inside your vehicle while it’s being cleaned. Once it’s off the conveyor belt you pull up to a parking spot where the staff is there waiting to vacuum, dry and shine your tires. I paid $35 for a super wash. They also have good monthly rates for all you can wash.

I used to come here whenever the weather would not permit myself to wash my own car. The level of detail has fallen off significantly and the paint definitely no longer holds up in this car wash like it used to. I'm not sure if it is because the brushes/etc. are not properly cleaned from the winter weather as often as they need to be, but there are micro-scratches all over the car. I understand it's cold out; however, maybe get your guys some over-head heaters so they can be more caring of the final detail. For upwards of $80 with tip, I'd expect more. I noticed the business changed hands online and was hoping it would be more hands-on management. Rims were still filthy as well.

Paid $60 to have my truck washed. The front of my truck was covered in bugs and they didn’t even look at it once. I had dirt on my rear bumper they didn’t wipe. My cupholders were still full of crumbs and dust. I tried addressing these issues asking them to fix it. The employees didn’t speak English very well and just rushed me off to leave.

I have been using this place for 15 years. Even though sometimes I don’t fee very happy but I still go there as it’s next to ShopRite. But today’s experience is really bad. The guy who helped me ( I think his name is Oscar, he worked in lane 2) told me “my car is dirty, I came there once a year and he has to spend 3 more times to clean my car, and so on”, I was shocked that a service guy can talk to the customer like that, so I called the manager Bill, he said he will take care of it, I told him I can give the tip to him and he can give it to Oscar, but I don’t know why Bill insisted that I should give the tip to Oscar directly.
