I came from the Lincoln area wanted to just look at first. I was very happy I had a few minutes to myself to look at a few cars. I want to state my sales man did an amazing job when I came out after Christmas to look at a car. He showed me a few models I was interested in. Listened to my needs and wants. I almost bought one model , but he showed me another one still in my budget of a more stylish color. That second car I just came to like more. I’m grateful that he took time to work with me and worked a great deal on my trade in. Along with his team he works with. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to buy a car from.

We went to Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue to see the new Mazda CX90. The dealership, people, and service are all impressive. The dealership is clean and nicely appointed. The people all the way through the process are friendly, professional, and accommodating. The service is thoughtful and efficient. We were assisted by Jose, Holli, and Zach, but everyone I saw in the dealership smiled, said hello, asked if we needed anything, or if we were being helped. I can highly recommend Woodhouse Mazda in Bellevue.

Checked an issue I forgot to mention and solved the problem. I had a substantial bill and they applied both my coupons, using a better offer to save about $100. They don’t have a wash center like Omaha does so they give you two Casey’s tickets. Con: they sent an email post-inspection that required me to approve/deny services which potentially delayed the start of service (luckily I saw it, the text should have been first) Also I did not get a call with an update before they closed for the day, nor return the voicemail I left. Purchased a new Mazda from Woodhouse and they talked me into purchasing an accessory package that was supposed to protect the interior and exterior. They were bragging up this new latest and greatest thing called ceramic coating and how it would be best to do it before the car even left the dealership and the paint was still pristine. So I purchased this and was given all the information on it. Three years later I noticed my paint wasn't as shiny and clean as when I first bought the car. I contacted Woodhouse and they told me I didn't have ceramic coating on my car. I sent them all the paperwork that I got when purchasing the vehicle and their response was to ignore it and blow me off. The process at the dealership was very good. Tyson did a great job with us throughout it all, keeping us informed but not pushy at all. The rest of the staff that we dealt with were all very helpful and pleasant. We got a good deal on our car and we love it.
