Wow, The single best auto service and repair encounter I have ever experienced! From making the appointment with Ramey to receiving numerous (welcomed) text messages and calls from David my Service Advisor, I was kept informed through every step of the repair and service process. I thought I was having a loose steering issue and requested replacement of front end components. David investigated and explained that as the truck had very low mileage and had been sitting still for quite some time (purchased at auction after sitting in impound for over 3 years) the real issue turns out to be the bushings became hard and lost flexibility over time. The "repair" and "fix" is to "drive the vehicle" until all the components free up. A quick alignment and the truck feels like a new Vehicle. They did

This was the best overall car repair experience I’ve ever had. They exceeded all my expectations and I highly recommend them to anyone with automotive issues! They were able to address my problem in a quick turnaround time. Their checkpoints showed only two things which they stressed were optional preventative maintenance in line with manufacturer’s recommendations. Ramey was professional, patient and helpful in updating throughout the process. It is great to find an honest, professional and knowledgeable auto service and repair center and also with reasonable pricing!

I had my car towed here because it literally stopped working, not even clicks when trying to crank it. Ramey was AWESOME in telling me what I needed to get my car back up and running, answered every question I had in detail and was upfront and honest when giving me pricing. Upon pickup, Brandon was great and made pickup so easy. I have never been to Woodies before but because of their customer service this is my new car place for future fixes!

Amazing experience at Woodie’s in Rock Hill! I used to use Woodie’s when I lived in Charlotte, and so glad they now have a South Carolina location. Ramey and Brandon went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired and I was taken care of. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful I found Woodie’s. Everyone there is knowledgeable and very nice! Their courtesy car driver was terrific. My service writer was clear and concise with the process. The communication is stellar. Phone calls as well as texts with images of the everything checked and comments on suggestions for services. I needed some important work completed and the service cost was extremely fair. The manager explained why one suggested service they thought was needed did not have to be done. Saving me a significant amount of money. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you to the entire team!
