Emergency Work Orders......1/2/23 A215 I turned on my bathroom light which brings on the vent.  It was grinding really loud like mechanicals broken.  So I turned it off for a moment then back on.  To my horrid surprise mice were running around inside the vent sticking their paws out the slots.  I panicked and grabbed my bug spray and saturated the vent.  They scampered around knocking debris over my toilet area. I immediately called emergency maintenance at 5:45PM. Ok it's now 6:57PM and nothing from maintenance.  What a big joke! Now 8:25PM and not anything from maintenance?  Really? I am leaving the lights and vent on.  I cannot climb, so I can't wipe off all the spray nor check the vent closer. What do I do? Never had a problem like this! Next day went to building manager. The tenants who have lived here for many years who were happy before National Church Residences purchased the property and began managing in 2020 are unhappy since the change in ownership and management. The tenants say the original owners/managers kept the building extremely clean and since 2020 the building is filthy and janitorial service is grossly inadequate. There are piles of trash in the lobby and community areas of the building. Poor management puts seniors at risk.

Woodlands Middletown location. Trying to reach site manager for days via phone and on site. Doors to office locked, phone rings and rings or vm is full. Even tried maintenance line held for a work order without success. Ridiculous to not have a person on site or ability to reach anyone. Website does not provide phone number except for the location .

can't get in the door our family members if something happened to us our family members can't get in the door to check and see if we okay or not
