WOODLEY'S AUTO REPAIR

I loss my husband a couple if years ago, so manual labor and upkeep of the cars was his responsibility. I'm totally clueless when it comes down to auto repairs. I was told by an auto supply store my steering wheel pump was gone out. I'm not from the Acadiana area so I had no idea about mechanics. I saw a man working on his car and I asked him if he knew a mechanic in the area. He suggested Woolley's. I was in awe and grateful. When I was told my car was ready for pickup, Mr Woodley told me it wasn't the pump but the line. The blessing for me, Mr Wood key could have charged me to replace the steering wheel pump that I purchased and kept the pump and I wouldn't have known any better. I used to always go to this place for service and inspection stickers. And in the past, have always thought them friendly and affordable. This morning I called to ask if they do tune ups (because I have an old vehicle) and the (I can't even call him a gentleman) asked what did I need a quote on...I replied, "A tune up...you know replacing sparkplugs, fuel filters, etc." And he replied very sarcastically, "You mean you don't know what's wrong with your car, and you're asking me to give you a quote on it?" He didn't even bother to ask what issues I was having with my vehicle. Because I am a female, I am not stupid, and should not be spoken to in such a condescending way.

Hands down the best shop! I have an older vehicle that had an oil leak and was overdue for regular maintenance issues. The guys were honest, reliable, and friendly. If you are looking for a mechanic shop that’s going to shoot you straight and get the job done then go to WOODLEY’S⭐
