Woodward Spring shop. Our kind of people....so we thought! See that American flag hanging on the door? Good sign right? We called the shop yesterday asking for a Webb part#...thats a part number for an old obsolete brake drum made by the webb company in the United States of America, that used to sell by the thousands to go on all the American coach busses. We've been calling around to find the few left on the shelf for our steer axle that needs two new drums. We were told Yes, two on the shelf in the Brockton store. So we drove, It was hot, there was traffic, etc. We got them home to unload and realized they'd sold us some other brand made in China!!!!! Didn't even mention that part to us. We drove back up there today to return them. Well the guy gave us Such a hard time!!!! Trying to forc

Great customer service. Had one of our trucks looked at. They fixed rear leaf springs. Fast turn around no long wait no wondering if it's done. In and out quality service. Highly recommend.
