Woody's Automotive - College Hill

I don’t leave reviews often, but Woody’s Automotive absolutely deserves this one. I’ve owned my truck for 8 years, and I can honestly say it drives better right now than it has at any point in the last year — maybe even better than when I bought it. The difference is night and day. But what really sets Woody’s apart isn’t just the mechanical work — it’s the people. The customer service, the friendliness, the way they genuinely care — it’s unmatched compared to any other auto shop I’ve dealt with. They took the time to explain everything clearly, were completely upfront and honest, and never once made me feel pressured or taken advantage of. Kyle was responsive and knowledgeable. The work done at Woody’s was very good. They changed out a blown engine on a ford escape for me. I would not hesitate to it again at Woody’s. The car drives like new!

Love love love Kyle Rachel and the other pretty lady who's name I didn't get (sorry) Was really helpful and patient with me. Had some issues and needed the car to sit there a little longer than expected and they made sure the car didn't get towed!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Took my car in to do front sway bar links. There was a banging noise I was worried about. They said it was the carrier bearing and needed to do a full 1500 rebuild. After going to another shop it was a lose break caliper and the carrier bearing is fine. They also said I needed new tie rod ends when they were brand new only a week old. This is not an honest company. Stay away from here!!!Edit: that reply is super fake. They did not even send a video. A reputable auto shop looked at everything. Do not believe them they lie so much.

I had a very good experience with this auto shop! I went to them for an inspection and the price was very reasonable. The manager was very nice and answered all my questions. They gave me a ride to work and picked me up. Service was great! I will definitely be back!
