They take good care, especially if you’re a local. They’ll remember your name and do their best to give you a fair deal. They do sometimes get a bit overwhelmed With demand around peak times like the holidays so plan accordingly.

Great, personable, affordable service! Shop is cute and comfortable, all four of the employees I interacted with were kind, clean, and helpful. They definitely aren’t out to gouge every dollar out of you. They listened to my concerns and tested the car as needed, even looked up pricing options for a future repair. Very impressed! Took our truck to have the coolant sensor replaced. Had an appointment on September 9th, dropped it off the Wednesday before as they requested so they could get a heads up at diagnosing. It's now September 30th and our vehicle hasn't even been looked at. We just picked up the truck from Woody's and took it to another shop in town. Can't speak to the quality of service done as nothing was done. It's our only vehicle so I've been using my grandma's vehicle fortunately but this isn't okay. We called multiple times while our truck was there. They either went unanswered or we were told they haven't gotten to it and thanked us for our patience.. would not recommend..

Had trouble with a fuel pump they already "fixed". Knowing the vehicle needed other work we brought it back and asked for a quote to do everything. It was reasonable, so we said ok and made an appointment. Dropped off at the date agreed. Did not hear back for a month. After calling we discovered they forgot about our vehicle; zero work done. Along with being told it will be $400 more and another 2 weeks. After asking why the price difference we were told to find someone cheaper? EXTREMELY disappointed and also very confused by this whole situation.
