I don't leave reviews often, but this absolutely deserves a thorough submission, and quite frankly a 5-star review doesn't do justice to the fantastic experience I had with Woody's. The bottom line: the most incredible service from the wonderful team at Woody's saved my multi-day motorcycle trip from Canada across the USA. The details: I was completing a 7+ day motorcycle trip across the USA, and discovered multiple cracks on my rear rim. After heading straight to the nearest Suzuki dealership and calling all Suzuki dealerships anywhere near my location, there seemed to be no way to replace the rim anytime soon (multiple days to get a rim shipped to a dealer). I met with Chris (Owner) to see about repairing a bent & slightly cracked rim on my Tahoe that began leaking around 4 psi per day. He spent 15-20 mins with me, walking me through what it would cost to repair the damage and fix some cosmetic issues and then suggested I consider buying a new or used wheel. His honesty about the difference in cost and the end result caught me by surprise, as he went online and found a used OEM wheel that was slightly cheaper than what he would need to charge me to repair mine. The candid response and kind assistance in finding a solution for me, when he knew he'd just talked me out of spending any money at his shop, was stunning.
