World Wide RV

I recently purchased a new rv and the whole experience has been great. Raul was the salesman that helped us out initially. He was super knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Russ and Jen have been helping me in the service department. Jen has been so helpful. She communicates updates promptly and her customer service is top notch. I highly recommend World Wide RV.

I am very satisfied! It was fantastic how easy it was to get the part I needed. The shade fit perfect! The only thing that would have made it better is if the screws had been included. Thank you!

Went to their RV parts show last weekend, they had great vendors, interesting lecturers, some great part pricing. Bought a watchdog surge protector, which I havd been wanting, for just $100, way below retail. They worked with the Blue Ox rep so I could trade-in my old tow bar for s new model I wanted. A great day and will definitely be back for my rv needs. Thanks, Andy

Parts were ordered and received. I was charged sales tax when I live in a non sales tax state (Oregon). When I questioned it I was told that is the Office Managers policy. I again asked for the tax to be reimbursed and have been ghosted.. Make sure you know what you will be charged. ☹️

I recently purchased a used camper from World Wide. They had amazing customer service throughout. Very knowledgeable Sales Associate, Lance. A Service Tech, Ray, walked me through the whole unit showing me tips and tricks. When an issue was found during the walk through, the Service Dept was diligent when finding a solution. Would recommend to anybody. I'll be a lifelong client
