Doesn't Deserve a Star or recognition. Worst customer service ever. Scams with this company are regularly. Online as well. BBB needs to investigate or shut down this location, and Corporate office for hanging up on people. Wow. Thanks to Ms Diane for your southern hospitality. We lost customers on 1/22, due to this location, and money, But money wont be made, and this business needs to be investigated for online scams.

Every time I go pickup parts or return a core with an invoice from this location a short white male who is an assistant manger always gives me problems. Assistant manger tells me we can’t accept your battery core because my company is out of state and says I need to return it there which is in Virginia. Doesn’t make any sense. A white customer comes inside today gets his part with no invoice or questions being ask. Assistant manager tells me we don’t have to ask questions because we know them. Again doesn’t make sense if I have my invoice and correct paperwork to be treated unfair and discriminating. He needs to be fired!!

The part was supposed to be to the dealer at 1:30p but again WorldPac is LATE!!! If they paid their independent contractor's they would have a better result!

I wonder if this company knows that the country is about to shut down and their handling boxes and working closely with people?! I'm shutting my mechanic shop down, until further notice! People lives are more important!
