A TRUE HIDDEN GEM!! Finding a trustworthy auto shop was tough (especially as a student) but this is THE place to go. I've been to this shop twice now—once for my previous car and again for my current one—and both times, they've blown me away with their amazing service and fair quotes. Dean and his team are unbelievably helpful and willing to do whatever it took to get me back on the road, and today, they even fixed a little missing bolt or two for free! You won’t find a more honest and kinder team anywhere.

THIS!! This place is AMAZING! Seriously, I am a JMU student and I was looking for a place to take my car in case I was having troubles / issues, and Wrench Craft was the exact answer I was looking for. Dean was very thorough, clear and very kind.. exemplary customer service! Gigi was also very kind and able to get me in ASAP when I needed help. Overall, this is THE place to go when you need car help. Such great people, such great service.

I always appreciate Dean's expertise and advice with my car. Recently he helped me out in a very timely manner when I had a family emergency and put in new headlights for my older Matrix to keep me on the road. He's a trustworthy fella.

The Owner is Very Smart when I told him I just had a light come on asking him "Help please?" He told me what to do over the phone & it worked! I never have met him but I plan too. He knows Subaru's.
