Wrenchers

I can't stand this company or its affiliates. I ordered from them twice over about 4 years thinking they would have gotten their stuff together after my first order, but evidently that's not the case. Note that I ordered my product from Wrenchers, but it's the same company as Bendpak and Quickjacks, in case you're looking there, as well. I promised my sales rep I'd write a review and I'm good to my word, so here it is. Wrenchers/Bendpak/Quickjacks cannot seem to deliver their lifts in unblemished condition, to me at least. I received my Quickjacks with paint peeling from the hydraulic canister as well as another area where damage occurred from not properly securing the locking arms during transit, which resulted in rust forming on the frames. Spoke with Alex at Quickjack (Bendpak) yesterday asking for information on the Quickjack 5000TL. He politely answered my questions with honesty and zero pressure. At 72 years old and on SS, I had to think it over. I called back today, and he actually remembered me. I bought the lift, and he immediately sent my receipt by email. I highly recommend Alex!

This place is a disgrace. Purchased an Autostacker from them and it still does not work.
