Rob T. - VERY pleased with my recent experience over the phone. I Was having issues getting assistance to replace a damaged part through a 3rd Part Distributor (Carid), which took 2 weeks for them to say they can't help and then direct me to their distributor. After contacting BlackHorse Off Road (a Xanatos sister store), I never received calls back, emails, etc, adding another week. As soon as I contacted Xanatos Automotive, I was greeted with a very courteous, helpful and professional staff. Rob T. found the part I needed, which they didn't actually sell separate, but he requested it be done for me anyways. He got me off the phone in under 30min. resolving my issue that was taking almost a month. Give this man a raise, bonus, free lunch, something. Thank you again Rob!
