Xclusive Auto Glass

This is the second time I have used Exclusive Auto Glass and have more than pleased. I love that they are mobile and come to me. The first time Eric came out to repair a crack in the windshield, he told me the windshield had been replaced before I owed my car. He pointed out the imperfections from the previous installer. He repaired the crack and while I was happy I didn't have to replace the windshield, I was sad the windshield had not been replaced properly prior to when I when I first bought the car since it was used. Since it needed a replacement this time, I knew he could fix it right and was actually glad to know it would be fixed properly. The install looks professional now. And I know the difference of a novice who made some mistakes versus an expert who could point those things

Xclusive came to my apt to change the windshield on my Honda Ridgeline. He said it would take 45 minutes and that’s what it took. I was surprised cuz I thought this was a 2 man job but he did it alone. The price was good and excellent work. Glad I didn’t call Safelite. I didn’t mind giving him a tip. Highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Eric came a few hours after I called and repaired a double crack I received the day before. Superb work. Extremely knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing plus more. Here are two before pictures and two after pictures from far away and close up. I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic job. A little skeptical from that one review about the certification but I realized I’ve never even heard of a thing. They were on time, professional and price was unbeatable! Will use them for any future glass replacements on any of my cars.

Eric is the definition of superior customer service. I contacted Eric for a rock chip to the windshield of my new vehicle and sent him a picture of it prior to his arrival. Eric called me and talked to me about the repair process he would use and gave me a quote that I couldn’t pass on. The entire process took less than 30 minutes and I am pleased with the results.
