Xclusive Auto Spa

I have had a membership and another car wash in Lafayette, Louisiana for years now. They recently changed ownership and their service and quality went down. I was online one day when someone mentioned xclusive. Yesterday I was in the area and my truck was pretty dirty. So I stopped in for a wash to check them out. When I drove up and was greeted by two of the employees. From that second on the experience was absolutely fantastic.. They were friendly and helpful and answered all the questions that I had. The wash was great. It had all the things and more that I used to love at the other place that the national place took out. Great spa , had memberships with other spas and had to cancel! This spa is amazing!!!!!! Plus it’s a great experience at night for the kids ! I usually go to this select car wash because it looks nice, it’s quiet, there’s free vaccumes, and there’s manual washers before heading into the automatic that’s suppose to ensure cleanliness. I drove across town through traffic to go. My car was still really dirty when I exited so I came back. They gave me a free wash but again refused to manually scrub the area where there was still visible dirt on my car and then told me to go scrub it myself when they stood up there with brooms for that…very rude

We have a unlimited membership and have never had any problems. This carwash is pretty good considering there all over the place these days. Only thing is they need to fix how the soap comes out as it sometimes barley puts any and does not clean that well sometimes.

Prewash/BugWash station, Microfiber Towels for drying, A High-Pressure Air Hose to get in those hard-to-get-spots, and a Vacuum featuring floor mat holders! Just signed up for the family plan because they are always smiling and the energy is high!
