XL Parts

Came in there to buy some auto parts yesterday. The guy at the desk had no idea what he was talking about and was generally unhelpful unlike a place like O’Reillys or AutoZone. He sold me the wrong parts and when I came to return them, it turns out they were double the price of what I actually got. If I had not had the help from The Man at O’Reillys then I would have been scammed If you want Auto Parts without a headache, then go to a different store. I just hope my return actually goes through and I get all the money I spent back

The staff is very friendly, they explained the difference between the parts they had, which were at different prices, they were very patient and the prices are affordable.

One of the sales associates at the Tomball location was wearing his pants (shorts) below his butt. Discussing and unprofessional. I won't go back to this store. XL, you should address this!

Sheramaine was very helpfull and was also polite as could be and a very good mood early on Saturday when i arrived wich makes me feel like i made the right decision of where to buy my oarts i will definitely be coming back here :) 😁

Mary Kingston is the best parts person I've ever know!! She makes up the best thing about XL parts. She gets shit done! Period. That is all.
