They have had my car for years back and forth saying warranty work is needed they lie steal your money and give you a car back that looks likes its sat out side with the windows down in a rain storm brake your dipstick off In the block them don't answer or give you a call back. Fight you in picking the car up and more. I highly suggest you do not bring your car here unless you're just trying to scrap it after paying thousands of dollars in repair. After I get my car back (praying I do) I'll probably be parting it out to even recupe quarter of what I paid these people to fix that they further destroyed.still can't get ahold of them they still have my car. We supposedly had our struts replaced for the second time. The problem with our vehicle persisted, so we took it to another mechanic. They took pictures and told us the struts were never replaced. We spoke to the owner of XLNT, Chris, and he said the other mechanic didn't know what he was talking about and assured us he did the work. He also said he would order new struts, since they were under warranty. We trusted him, as we felt we had a friendly relationship with him. Chris never called us back despite several phone messages and was always "gone" when I would stop in to talk to him. We never did get our struts replaced and are out a lot of money. In addition, he left our vehicle and my daughter's vehicle messy with oil stains on the seats. Chris is unscrupulous and untruthful. DO NOT TA

If I could give negative stars I would. I contacted this shop for a simple press out press in job for a wheel bearing. Was initially quoted less than an hour of shop labor which sounded great. First off XLNT didn't have the right size tool to press out my bearing. So instead of giving me my part back "Josh" ran it down the street to C&M and had them do the work. This is where things get sketchy. So apparently I needed a new wheel hub. Josh gave me a price and I accepted. I didn't get my parts back same day which I was promised but wasn't concerned about. Then the next morning I ran to XLNT to pick up. Shop was closed when they should be open(weekday 10AM). "Chris" answered the phone and had no idea what was going on with my part. Now this is a mechanic shop America was founded on. Not only did they fix my jeep on short notice but they also pointed out potential issues that could become problems in the future. Everyone was very polite and communicative. If you need great quality work for a great price, this is the shop you should visit.

Fast and knowledgeable and observant the only thing is they didn't reset tire sensors after completing job. But they are really willing to help were ever they can.
