Due to a few mishaps prior to this review I had thought that Xpress was a horrible place. It seemed they inflate the price and are disingenuous. After the owner confronted me about my review in efforts to change the unpleasant experience I may have had, I learned some facts about various circumstances and issues and thus conclude that Xpress Auto does in fact offer a genuinely pleasant experience. I will give them another star and note that their service is a pleasant experience after all, although you will pay more than other establishments which was admitted during our conversation. I was however pleased that I was confronted in the first place. After all that is how good business and productive interaction is accomplished.

I highly recommend this shop. They do good work at a fair price, and they always make you feel important. Really glad to have a reliable, professional mechanic shop close to home.

I cannot recommend this shop enough! They get the job done, correctly, the first time. They have always been courteous and respectful and have NEVER tried to upsell me. It is hard to find, as a woman, an honest mechanic. But Xpress has never taken advantage of me and has always been honest. I'm on a fixed income and they have always been upfront about what repairs are necessary and which ones I can save up for. Nick is a sweetheart! I live within walking distance of this shop and will walk home/ to shop after drop off/ pick up. Nick went above and beyond yesterday. It was 19 degrees out and he delivered my car to me, so I didn't have to walk. I appreciate this shop so much!

Good job. Slower than expected but with recent weather conditions it was expected

Nick was great from the moment we dropped off our vehicle to the moment we picked it up. He called with updates throughout the day, and he and his team were able to repair our vehicle. The pricing was fair, and we appreciate Nick’s honesty related to the vehicle’s issue and the cost to repair it. We’ll continue to take vehicles there for service.
