Night and day difference from Midwest Kia’s in-building service department (same owner though). Next day appointment, the day of was fast, and Kimberly was super friendly. I applaud this move in the right direction on their part, and hope they can continue to offer the level of service I experienced today.

A few months shy from hitting a year from my car wreck, fighting with progressive, and multiple mechanic shops/ inspection fees later, Xpress was the only one who finally resolved my annoying vibration issue. I appreciate Julien and his technicians that worked on my Civic. My car drives like it did when it was brand new!! Thanks for the friendly customer service and fair prices! Much appreciated and will be back!
