Every interaction I had with the staff was friendly and professional. The front desk was very helpful in working with the insurance company and honestly made the process a breeze for me. In my case, the “Repair Authorization” form included in the drop-off paperwork was treated as approval to begin work and order parts before I approved the estimate. Parts were ordered immediately when the estimate was sent and I was told I would be responsible for labor, parts, and daily storage fees if I chose not to proceed with repairs there. At no point did I demand that my vehicle be totaled. I simply asked about my options, including whether selling the vehicle as-is made financial sense given the repair timeline.
