Went in today to get a check engine light formally diagnosed and the owner said he was on the phone to give him a minute. I said no problem at all and proceeded to turn around to watch what they had on the tv on the wall until his wife began to ask me what was wrong with my vehicle. I started to explain the code and symptoms and she immediately told me to wait for him (because a pen and paper are to difficult for her to operate apparently) his conversation began getting more intense until he yelled at me to get out that he was having a personal conversation and he would come get me when he’s done. Lou was exceptional, I had an issue with the shield under my car & he helped me out at 4:35pm (before closing). I made the mistake of going to TechOne, but was so appreciative of Lou's help. His shop is very professional and price was very reasonable! You can trust this mechanic.

I phoned several weeks ago and spoke with Lou! I explained an intermittent noise and clunking sound from my front end on my 2009 Ford Fusion! He explained how busy he was and additionally it would be much better for him to diagnose when the next time it happens to drive it in to his place, so he can hear and see the problem! Today 6/1/2023 my wife, while picking up our grandchildren from school heard a loud clunking noise coming from the front drivers side! Meticulous and thorough. I found his prices to be very fair and he doesn't over book so you know exactly when and how long your vehicle has to be at his shop. Very friendly and easy to work with and his wife behind the counter is a sweetheart!
