YALCARS Auto Park

I can't recommend Yalcars and Yigit Yalsin, in particular, enough due to my recent purchase, and I am not easily impressed! I never imagined buying a used car without at the very least driving it first. But after a lot of research, I knew exactly the car I wanted (2013 Lexus GS 350 AWD) with specific criteria, such as milage, prior maintenance history, price, etc. We found the exact car at Yalcar, but it was almost 2,000 miles away! Our experience with Yigit at every step was professional, informed, patient and honest. The initial immediate response to our inquiry and many questions, the zoom walk through inspection, link to Carfax history, subsequent fast and easy contract and financial arrangements and arranging delivery from Ohio to a difficult-to-reach area of Washington State (that

Very wonderful place, nice people who were determined to help, and I found my car that I’ve had my eyes set on for a while with their help! 10/10 would recommend! They even brought my car from a further location to a closer one to accommodate me! They were very patient and willing to work with me! Love the people whom I worked with and definitely would recommend going through them to get your next car!

We purchased one of the previously owned vehicle. They had posted more than 60 photos of this car, so have pretty good idea about what we are buying. They gave us a video tour of this car and showed the specific areas of our interest. Every one we came in contact with at this dealership is very nice, polite and willing to answer our question. They have arranged for the car to be shipped at our home address in different state. We feel very comfortable dealing with these people, which is very rare in this business. We do recommend this dealership as an honest enterprise to do business with.

To begin with Mr Mark who was the agent involved in selling off the 2023 Honda Pilot LX was so nice and very helpful during the process of purchase from Yalcars Youngstown in Ohio. He spoke so nicely and answered every question that was asked. This same man (Mr.Mark) became so mean and VERY RUDE after this car was delivered. This car was shipped from Ohio to South Carolina. It arrived with a lot of issues he NEVER made mention of (Mark shared force images showing the car was in good state). I will drop images of some issues below👇 _ Scratch all over the car which Mr. Mark claimed it happened during transportation( the delivery guy) shared videos of this scratches before this car was picked from Yalcars Youngstown in Ohio. - Back bumper was broken - car filter very dirty - no oil change…

Customer service is great. However, they do offer for you to get the vehicle you are interested in inspected to ensure it passes before buying it. However, they don’t tell you until you take them up on that offer that you have to pay for the inspection yourself and if it doesn’t pass and you don’t want to buy it then you won’t get that money back. Also they did not disclose that the vehicle we bought had an exhaust leak. We didn’t realize it until we were driving it home with the heat on and the exhaust emissions were coming right into the vehicle. Which is definitely not safe with small children so we have to get that fixed.
