So disappointing how they’ve gone downhill since Dawn was the owner! Been with Yardley for home and auto for a very long time. But the past few years, we always wondered why we even have an agent, as we’ve just called Progressive directly with any claims or questions. We recently saved $700 a year going through Progressive direct for our auto, and notified Yardley of the change and that they will still be listed as agent on our home policy but no longer the auto. Four emails and a phone message to multiple people at Yardley and no response at all! Finally got through to Devon who apologized and said they’ll do better. I have used Yardley Insurance for years and have had a great experience until now. I have sent emails and made several phone calls across weeks but have not been able to get through. I am sad to no longer use you but no one returns emails or phone calls.

My father has been trying to get in touch with them for a month. No response. No return calls. We don’t know if anyone actually works there. It looks like once they have your money you don’t exist.

Insurance brokers only as good as their response rate. Current customer, has home and auto they found, competitive rates. Trying to just get in touch with them about a letter I received from the carrier- no response either by email or phone. Very poor customer service
