I will never go back to these people. I was one week behind on my payment and I talk to KIM and I told I would be in Friday to pay it and they told me no they was coming to get it. They are rude and ungrateful people. Please please please DO NOT GO TO THEM THEY ARE CROOKED AND HATEFUL.

Well all I can say is Mrs Kim, is nice and will try to help you but her husband called me and was so ugly to me. We have had a vehicle with them for almost 4yrs and have never been late. December our card got hacked and account was frozen so I turn I couldn't pay until the new card came in. I sent a message stating what had happened. Well finally got the card and tried to call a make a payment. I had to leave a message and later he called back. He said he got the message but they were on the way to pick up the truck. We asked seriously for ONE payment (which was like only a couple days/ week late)and we have never been late. Wouldn't be this time if it wasn't for some low life hacking my card. He stated it was not his problem and didn't care what the excuse was. They didn't care where the

Never ever purchase a car from these people. They will steal from you quick ! I had a vehicle and never been behind and the last 7payments left its was 2 days late and they picked the vehicle up to resale. Dirty people
