I am sure that Yocum is a very good towing company according to the reviews, and based on reviews if I ever needed them I would call them. However, it would have been nice upon calling them so see if we could a discount for a person who was not from the area and truck was towed in front of hotel; due to a miscommunication and driver unable to make it to hotel parking lot due to snow. I was really saddened to hear that not only even a small discount was offered. In addition the driver accrue another hotel stay, and extra fee for holding truck until he can pick up truck.

Today my parents and I received outstanding assistance from our Service Provider, Roi. He helped check our flat tire, changed it, and educated us on how drive around in the emergency tire. He handled the service professionally and with genuine care. He makes a great asset to Yocum and AAA Companies. He deserves recognition for his humanitarian service.

All 5 of these stars are for Kyle Y!! He came to tow my car today after I was hit by a car who ran a red light. I had been waiting a while to be picked up, but his fault, and was not in the best area of town. Kyle came to the rescue and was honestly… so freaking awesome! I clearly had not had a great day, but somehow he brightened it! You deserve a raise, my friend!! Keep being awesome and thank you so much!!

Semi got towed from Allentown to mechanicsburg. Bob is a funny guy. Down to earth dude. Even gave insights on life situations. I’d recommend this place to anyone. Especially this driver

I had Yocum’s Towing come out through AAA for s dead battery, and the experience was pretty awful. He jumped to the conclusion that the battery was fine and that there must be a problem with the wiring or ground. He didn’t even bother to charge the battery or suggest running the engine to let it recharge. He didn’t want to put in the minimal effort to do a proper diagnosis. The next day, I had the battery actually tested elsewhere. It just needed a jump and some time to recharge, no wiring issues at all. So basically a lazy technician who didn’t care to do his job right and just wasted my time. If you’re looking for someone who’s thorough and knows what they’re doing, I’d steer clear of Yocum’s Towing.
