🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We had an awesome experience! My husband and I drove from Cave Creek, AZ to Prescott to take a test drive of a beautiful 2020 Ford Explorer ST. We organized the test drive with Brody. When we arrived, it was waiting for us under a covered car port and we got the keys to take it for a spin. We fell in love, but we were getting hungry given we had a long drive up to Prescott! Brody recommended a delicious lunch spot for us to discuss our decision about the vehicle. Our entire deal was negotiated via text message while we ate a quick lunch. When we returned to the dealership 1 hour later, the deal was drafted and we hit the road with our beautiful new/used 2020 Ford Explorer ST! 1 MONTH LATER..... WE STILL LOVE THE CAR and can honestly said we have never had such an amazing experience

By far the worst service from a dealership I have ever had; the worst part of being there 3 1/2 hours was the service manager’s attitude.. I get better, faster and more pleasant service @ Jiffy Lube! The service manager when I approached had a take it or leave it attitude! The service writer was apologetic. I bought tires from there about 1 & 1/2 years ago and they ruined my alloy rim; my mother in law was in the hospital then convalescent home in Ca., Then my father in law so that being said I have been back and forth constantly with my husband. My husband and I both bought our vehicles there but the quality of service is take it or leave it! Buyers be ware as well as people needing quality care from a dealership that values your patronage and appreciates return customers THIS DEALE

Finance offered me 100 for my trade in. Obviously, I declined. Then the finance guy, Corey, asked if I would be interested in selling it to him privately, for only $300. Sucks to know you won’t get an honest trade-in value because they’d rather pressure you into selling their vehicle privately. When escalating to the manger, Omar, he was rude, defended this unethical practice, and walked away mid conversation because he was unwilling to negotiate. Additionally, I was asked to sign a document accepting delivery of the vehicle, even though we hadn’t agreed to financing terms. Too many red flags. Save your time. Edit: upon trying to clear up my issues with the owner, I was met with rudeness and passive aggressiveness. They would like to rip you off and then state that they reprimanded t

Brad our salesman was outstanding. He made the buying process easy. Even offered my pregnant wife snacks and drinks. He got us in and out quickly. Spent the extra time to show us all the features on our new truck. I would recommend York to my friends and family.

Wow these guys were awesome! We had some Challenges and they were so patient and kind and helpful. Great communication! Josh, Cory, Alex were great! Highly recommend
