My wife and I bought an older lexus rx350 with 93k miles on it recently from these guys. I dealt with Alex the entire time. From the start we had some issues arise, and I'll explain how they were resolved. I found the car on a car sales site. The photos looked great. Upon the first visit to test drive, I realized there was damage on the front bumper, the seat leather was damaged and there was a few scrapes on the passenger door. In the photos the car looked perfect, like new. Well come to find out the car in the photos was NOT the car for sale. It was actually a different model, a lexus rx450h not the rx350.
