I’m not even here to complain about the silver 18 Ford Focus (given back to them now), with the bad transmission, they put me in. I’m more here to complain about the customer service when dealing w this company. Shannon F. and Tom L. (TL on authorization) are THE most unprofessional people I’ve ever come across. They are also the ones you have to report to when dealing with billing. Long story short, Tom called me 5/2/24 about me removing autopay from my account & when I confirmed that’s the decision I wanted to make, he completely disregarded it and put it back on anyway. In this same phone call, he told me that my last payment wasn’t withdrawn for 4/19 (attached) and that I had two payments due for 5/3. I get that you have new systems but if you don’t know how to use/read it, say that. D
