1 STAR – ABSOLUTELY DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL This place is a nightmare, and I regret ever bringing my car here. I initially went to this body shop on December 2nd just to get a quote. They took photos of the body damage and then told me I had engine damage that “had to be sent to their mechanic.” I was told that was necessary to move forward, so I dropped my car off on December 5th. From that point on, communication was almost nonexistent. They sent me a body estimate and repeatedly told me they were “waiting on the mechanic.” My insurance adjuster didn’t even inspect the car until December 9th, yet Allstate issued a payment that same day — a payment I never signed for, never authorized, and never agreed could be cashed. -⭐ Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional I dropped my car off on December 5th for an estimate only. I did not authorize any repairs, yet this shop accepted and cashed an insurance check without my consent. After weeks of no communication, I reached out again on December 29th and requested that my check be returned. I was told they couldn’t because bodywork had already been done and they were waiting on an estimate from their mechanic. That turned out to be completely untrue. No bodywork was ever done. Since then, this has been nothing but a headache. I’ve now been without my car for two months, while they were quick to cash a check they weren’t authorized to take—but suddenly move at a snail’s pace when it comes to returning money for work that was never performed. Worst customer service. 2 weeks and back multiple times to get my tailgate replaced. Mechanic told me I didn't have the soft open option which I did. Also told me lights had to come off to put it on,which was not true. Even showed me pictures of old tailgate with the ball end on it. Left tailgate cap off for a week while raining all over electrical components. Work done was not high quality, tailgate does not sit correctly. If you like arguing with "the professionals" then this is your place. I would recommend elsewhere.

I unfortunately was hit by a piece of wheel that was flying in the air while driving down the freeway. The headlight was smashed on my 2023 Camry along with broken trim, and a messed up bumper. I was recommended to Young Collision to get it fixed. Todd and the team were great. They got my car fixed and it looked awesome. I can’t tell at all it was busted up. Repairs always take longer than anyone wants but we all want it done right without any corners cut. Young Collision does it right and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. If you need collision repairs done, this is the place to go.
