Young Honda Service Center

Miracle workers. I came in with an old Honda Odyssey that had a cylinder misfire. A mechanic at a different place tried everything but still couldn't fix my car. He said we'd have to replace the engine to fix it. Then I took it here to the Honda Service Center. They looked at it and it turns out the issue was faulty wiring and some misdiagnosis. The mechanics at Honda were able to fix the whole thing in a few hours and charged me less than $200 for it. Next time I have an issue with my Honda, I'm coming here first.

I was disappointed with my service experience. I made an appointment for an issue with my front tire vibrating and out of balance. They had the car for over 24 hours. They "balanced" and rotated the tires and said the vibration was gone. I paid and left. I drove the car, and it still vibrated, but was now worse.. The vibration was on the front tire when I came in and when I left it was on the rear of the car... I went back and they said it must be a bent rim and gave me a quote to replace that. Feeling a lack of confidence in their skill level, I went to another car shop, two buildings away, Jack's tire. They checked the car and said the balance was done improperly. They removed the balancing materials just put on and rebalanced the tire, all within 15 minutes of time, and fixed the issue

My wife wanted me to start taking her car in because she thinks she gets taken advantage of because she’s a female. Of course they forgot to put a discount in that we received in the mail. Fast forward we had them do a service, rotate tires and they did an inspection. One of the tires made a noise so I called in to alert them(she didn’t notice till the next day cause you can’t hear with the window up) and they tried to make it seem like it could of been our fault. Not just a simple yes bring it in and we will just check it. I was even told, “we don’t know what you did after you left” yes my wife off roads in a Honda fit. Anyways I knew what it was but I didn’t have the time to fix it but after dealing with these idiots at young’s you bet I will never give any of them business ever again.

We originally bought our 2021 pilot in Logan back in 2021. With that purchase, we received eight free oil changes. However, with a recent move down to Utah county, it is a bit far to go up for the free oil changes. While it's great to have the free oil changes, the price of our other maintenance needed for our vehicle, it is significantly cheaper to just stay south and go to Ken Garff Orem this time. We have also used Ken Garff in Riverdale for our 09 Ridgeline and they have always treated us fairly.

I had a last minute opening in my busy schedule to have tires swapped today and Zach at Young Honda Logan got me an appointment the same day! Great service!
