Terrible service. I've taken my brand new telluride there twice. It was supposed to be covered under warranty but for some reason they still made me pay the diagnostic fee. Only to drive away within a mile the sensor problem that they "fixed" wasn't. Took it in a second time paid the diagnostic fee AGAIN and same thing. They have terrible technicians. Do not take your Kia here. They apparently don't know what they are doing.

I dropped my car off overnight for them to take a look at it and do nothing. Brayden tried to tell me that I needed to spend $1500+ on new tires because “uneven wear”. I’ve had multiple tire shops inspect my tires since and see nothing of the sort. The tires are 11 months old. I knew people often compared working with dealerships to pulling teeth and now I completely understand. Nothing like being lied to straight to your face. Thanks YOUNG KIA!

If I could give a zero star review, I would… Dropped my car off a day before my appointment to get an oil change/maintenance and to repair/replace one simple, nonfunctional piece on the back of my 2024 KIA K5 side mirror. Left the key with instructions to contact me with any costs for me to approve the replacements required. Heard nothing all day. I called and asked if the car was ready, was told my service advisor was at lunch and would call me later (totally understandable people gotta eat) still never heard anything. Finally called 1.5 hrs before closing, was told my vehicle is ready for pick up. Then told when I got there that I required an immediate air filter, cabin air filter, and windshield wiper replacement (vehicle is brand new and has only been driven 5k miles) told I needed a w

We will definitely be taking our car back with the knowledge to talk with Brayden first. Had a bad experience at first with a 3 hour service taking over 8 hours, and then charged almost double what we were quoted. Brayden was great to work with in the end and was apologetic for the wrong doings.

While, I d like to increase my previous rate to four star. As my car indeed drives more smoothly after the maintenance. But still, do not like the mismatch: website says 600,000 mile maintenance is about $700, when you made the appointment. And then wait for about a month, finally get there for the service, they told you it is $1100. And they are reluctant to explain why the mismatch exists.
