Called to get my tractor serviced, was transferred to the service department where I was quoted $750. I decided at that price I would do it myself. I was transferred to the parts department and asked how much filters, lube, and hydraulic fluid would be to service my tractor and the lady in parts department transferred me back to the service department. At that point I just hung up. I don't play the "pass the customer from department to department' game. Now they keep calling to set up an appointment to service my tractor. I let it go to voicemail. I think if they call again, I will just block their numbers until they quit harassing me.
