2 stars but totally fixable. One word communication. Our car needed a new oil pan, so we scheduled an appointment for 11 am on Saturday. The mechanic quoted $225 for the repair via text message. He mentioned that he would arrive around noon, which was fine, but he didn’t show up that day. Around 4 pm, we reached out to ask if he needed to reschedule and if everything was okay. We ended up rescheduling the appointment around 6 pm that night for the following day. Day 2, he was scheduled to show up at 11 am, but he didn’t arrive until 7:10 pm. He tried to remove the drain plug for an hour, but he couldn’t do it, and he charged us $115 for that hour. My guy got me right installing spark plugs and coil packs on my modified bmw 340. He’s the man, knows what he’s doing no matter what car you got. I’d recommend to anyone, as no one likes to wait at the dealership to wait for parts to be put on. He’s an absolute gent and had a great conversation while installing the parts.
