Youngstown Harley-Davidson

This is really my first year with Youngstown Harley. I started the year with them in late February when I was looking for a new Harley. They were extremely nice and helpful from the very beginning. I cannot say enough good things about each employee. All of them have been great to me and have treated me very well. I have to give a special mention to IAN, in service and parts for all the help and guidance he has provided me in upgrading my bike. Of course Megan and Nikki are wonderful. NICOLE, not sure the place would run without you. Lori in Sales made the year possible by selling me my bike. I HIGHLY recommend getting the VIP service agreement when purchasing a bike. No complaints at all. All around great experience.

From the shop, to the road, the experience in which you go thru is absolutely amazing! From the individuals in house and the way they treat their customers. To the calls days later to see how your riding experience has been or is going. Some of the most friendly and passionate team members at Youngstown Harley-Davidson.

Love the addition of intuitive ink! Looking forward to seeing the growth of one of our favorite Harley Davidson shops! Staff is super helpful and the adjoining Brewhouse is an absolute plus. Very nice selection of Bikes! Will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful family feel dealership! Bryan our salesman was fantastic. Not pushing at all and was very knowledgeable about the bike we were looking at. Jeff was great and worked with us to get the deal we were comfortable with. Rod helped us get the appointment needed for the updates we wanted done to the bike. He was very knowledgeable about the process and answered all the questions we had. Everyone we came into contact with was amazing. We definitely recommend this dealership!!

Stopped in to check out some bikes. I’ve never owned a Harley and honestly don’t know much about them, but from my first phone call with Douglas to Taylor taking the time to answer all my questions, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I left with a great impression of Youngstown HD, and when I’m ready to buy, they’ll be the first place I reach out to.
