Y&S performed even better than my expectations repairing my Mazda front end body damage. The body work appears perfect, and they really cleaned up the car exterior and interior before delivery. In fact, I had a sun glasses holder that was not closing properly, and they fixed that without me asking. Also, they do a very good job in informing the customer by, email almost daily, the progress of the repair.

I had such a great experience here! My car looks brand new after the repair. Jesus, the inspector, was amazing — super precise, informative, and made sure I understood everything about the process. Michelle at the front desk was so kind and welcoming every time I came in. The whole team was professional and really cared about getting things done right. Excellent team at this shop! The check-in process with Priscilla was seamless and pleasant. Matt was a great communicator and I appreciate all the updates on my repairs. They even had midway bring a rental car right to their shop so I did not need to go elsewhere. Love this team!

Jesus provided outstanding customer service. I was under a tight deadline to get my car repaired before moving out of town, and he went above and beyond to make it happen. He performed an initial assessment right away, brought a technician in to confirm the work could be completed on time, and even called the parts supplier to verify that the necessary parts were available and could be shipped quickly.
