Zak's Express Car Wash

Did not clean my hood nor my tonneau cover. Very disappointed in the wash for 20 bucks. The vacuums are really good, guess when it's cold you have to walk inside to get a rag to wipe your dash and things. Will not go back.

My only complaint is that our car wasn't dry when we left this last time. It was as if the conveyor was trying to push our car out before it was time. Other than that, car was clean and looks great.

My husband's truck is a daily driver and also gets a work out hauling wood or whatever necessary. Went to Zak's today to finally clean the truck not remembering that he had hauled wood recently. Thinking we would need to get out of line to clean out the wood chips... the young men instead climbed in and sweep out the bed! Not to mention the extra attention to the wheel wells. Didn't expect that and certainly are grateful.

Carwash in general not a bad wash. I had frequented the wash on a handful of occasions. The last time I went through the wash the wash bent a piece of trim on my 2024 model vehicle. The attendants took pictures and took my number and thanked me for being cordial about the situation. I was told a member of the management team would contact me. Never heard from them. I called twice with no return call. I returned to the business a month later with the bill to be told they do not cover trim no matter how old or new the vehicle is and that is “just their policy”. Just a heads up that trim is expensive when the vehicles are only a couple years old. Poor customer service for a 20$ wash.

I would highly recommend against choosing Zak’s in Neosho! I have been through this car wash numerous times, as well as the other car wash’s in the area. I went through about 1 week ago and paid for their Premium wash. After I got through and stopped at the vacuums, I noticed a spot about 2 inches in diameter on the hood of car where the paint had been ripped off. I also noticed a smaller spot on the roof of my car where the same thing had happened that was perfectly in line with the first. I immediately notified the employee that was working. He took pictures and my information and stated that a Manager would contact me the following day. This first employee also stated that he believed a rock had been stuck in the rollers and caused the damage. I did not receive a phone call the next day
