Zam Tires

I brought my Nissan in for a mass air flow sensor issue and paid $120 for diagnostics, then about $570 total for the sensor replacement and labor. Unfortunately, the check engine light came back on after a day. When I returned this morning, I was told the vehicle now needs reprogramming and that I’d have to take it to the Nissan dealership and pay an additional $200. The frustration is that this was never explained upfront, and I would not have agreed to the repair had I known it would require an extra dealership visit and cost. If you can’t reprogram my car after the installation of the part, you should’ve told me to go straight to the dealership like you finally told me to do after I spent money with your company! The lack of transparency and incomplete repair was really disappointing.

I get my oil changed here and get my brakes replaced. The prices are great, I’ve had no issues. The team is friendly! I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Zero ⭐️ Very rude bad Customer Service.I was going there to get my tires fixed. I was waiting for 20min there was no “Be with you shortly”they was just was staring at me. I don’t know why they’ll build a tire shop in such a small area.I was boxed in by the owner girlfriend car whoever she was(she was rude as well) so I couldn’t even leave even if I wanted to. I usually go to the other tire shop High 5 but there was busy. Never Again!

Bad service the electrician did some work on my car and ruined something else,and didn’t take care of it afterward.. 👎👎
